I have recently seen a lot of blogs reviewing bath bombs from Lush and felt like I was time I did my own on one I recently tried and absolutely loved! I have spoken a little bit about my favorite (the Twilight bath bomb) on other blogs of mine but I had to blog about this new product!
As a lover of Palmers cocoa butter, I picked this little gem up at the bargain price of £2.65 whilst scouting for Christmas presents at Waterloo station the other week. I didn't really know what to expect but I thought it was a really nice bath bomb for one of their cheaper products.
The Lush Butterball Bath Bomb is slightly smaller than some of the bath bombs you can find in store but still just as amazing. The smell is gorgeous, but to be honest I don't know a lush product that smells horrible, and as soon as I popped it into the bath it started fizzing immediately.
"If you have dry, sensitive or irritated skin, this is the bath bomb to replenish it. Once the cocoa butter pieces have melted, your skin will be coated by a light buttery film that smells good enough to eat. Ylang ylang is used in aromatherapy to treat stress and depression, as well as relaxing the nervous system, and relieves anger, panic and fear" (Lush website)
In the same way that Palmers cocoa butter restores your skin to it's natural ways, this does exactly the same with it's chunks of cocoa butter centered throughout. When I emerged from my relaxing bath my skin felt so soft and smelt so nice. I had a very happy nights sleep to say the least!
